Warranty Coverage
1-Year Workmanship Warranty
Covers workmanship standards related to the fit, finish, and materials used in your home, including items such as cabinets, countertops, trim, flooring finishes, paint, doors, windows, tile, roof, and exterior finishes.
2-Year Distribution Systems Warranty
Covers certain electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems behind the walls of your home, including supply piping, waste piping, ductwork, and electrical wiring.
6-Year Structural Warranty
Covers designated load-bearing elements of the home, such as foundation systems, roof framing systems, beams, columns, load-bearing walls, floor framing, and girders.
